SHIPPING POLICY

At Oak & Wilder, every order is packed with care to ensure your candles arrive safely and in perfect condition. We use protective, eco-conscious packaging wherever possible to minimise waste while keeping your items secure.

Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During peak periods, please allow a little extra time — we promise it’s worth the wait.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within Australia only.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location. Regional or remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
We take great care when packing your order, but once it’s handed to the courier, it’s in their care. Oak & Wilder is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit; however, if your order arrives damaged, please email oakandwilder@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
