RETURNS POLICY
At Oak & Wilder, every candle is hand-poured with intention and care. Each piece is made in small batches, so slight variations are part of what makes your candle unique.
We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. However, please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if any items have been damaged during transit.
Change of Mind
Because our products are handmade and crafted in limited runs, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. Please choose thoughtfully before placing your order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email oakandwilder@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if the damage is confirmed. We do not issue refunds, replacements, or exchanges for any other reason.
Used Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds for used candles, opened wax melts, or any items that have been lit or unsealed.
